EUPILOT at SC24: Showcasing European HPC Innovations
EUPILOT, EUPEX, and the European Processor Initiative (EPI) SGA2 are joining forces at the upcoming SC24 conference, the premier international event for High Performance Computing (HPC), Networking, Storage, and Analysis. Taking place in Atlanta, USA, from November 17-22, 2024, SC24 promises to be a vibrant gathering of HPC professionals and researchers from around the world.
At SC24, EUPILOT, EUPEX, and EPI SGA2 will showcase their latest innovations at a shared booth. This booth will provide an interactive experience with demos, product insights, and expert discussions, offering visitors an in-depth look at the forefront of HPC technology.

- Demo Pod: Filippo Mantovani and Pablo Vizcaino Serrano will present EPI’s and EUPILOT’s EPAC prototype featuring a RISC-V vector processing unit developed at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC)

The engaging Discussion Rounds at the EUPILOT-EUPEX-EPI joint booth 4043 during SC24, will be held over two days—Tuesday and Wednesday. Each day from 3:00 to 4:00 pm EST, we’ll delve into a “hot topic” critical to the future of European high-performance computing.
Agenda:
• 15 minutes – Introduction of the EPI, EUPEX, and EUPILOT projects
• 5 minutes – Review the poll results (displayed live on the screen)
• 40 minutes – Open discussion moderated by the projects’ representatives
