Just one month ago, we marked a significant milestone with the EUPILOT’s presence at the SC23 event alongside our partners EPI and EUPEX. Over four dynamic days, our project collaborators engaged in insightful discussions, valuable networking opportunities, and captivating pitches.
BoF at the SC23
During the event, the BoF aimed to stimulate discussions on RISC-V accelerators, with a specific focus on initiatives driving European accelerators for HPC and nurturing community interest in these projects. The session commenced with a concise 15-minute presentation providing an overview of ongoing efforts and offering a swift glimpse into EUPILOT, brought by Carlos Puchol, covering the Pytorch on RISC-V and Mandolin demo. The session also facilitated an open discussion with attendees to ensure the exchange of ideas and gathering feedback.
A sincere expression of gratitude goes out to all contributors who played a pivotal role in making this event a resounding success. Welcoming each visitor to our booth was a pleasure, and their active participation transcended geophysical boundaries, fostering a community of shared experiences.
Special appreciation is extended to our project experts who enlightened us on the latest scientific advancements and their societal impact. Your contributions added depth to the event and enriched our collective understanding.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to our partners and supporters. Your engagement goes beyond mere support; it signifies a collaborative partnership instrumental in shaping a brighter future. Together, we are forging a path towards progress and innovation.
Congratulations to our partner EPI, who marked a significant milestone at our shared booth by introducing EPAC Accelerator chip version 1.5. EPAC1.5 comprises RISC-V based accelerators designed to push the boundaries of acceleration technologies.
A toast to everyone who played a part in making this year’s conference a triumph!
